Featured Project
AI Decision Lab is a simulation-based learning experience that helps participants practice the decisions that shape AI output quality.

It is not a prompting workshop, but a structured exercise in trade-offs, missing context, and judgment under uncertainty.

Responsibilities: Business Problem Diagnosis, Needs Analysis, Learning Experience Design, Pilot Design and Facilitation, Evaluation and Future Improvement
A Little About Me
I’m a Learning Strategist with nearly a decade of experience and a career built on asking the uncomfortable question first: is learning actually the right solution here?

That question eventually led me beyond training and into workflow, capability development, and AI enablement. My work now focuses on how organizations adapt to new ways of working in the AI era, especially where human judgment, workflow integration, and practical AI adoption intersect.

I use AI-assisted workflows in my own design practice to accelerate development while preserving the human judgment behind effective learning and decision-making. I’m also exploring how AI can support the workflows of learners and teams once they develop the foundational knowledge, skills, and judgment needed to use it effectively.

Alongside my learning design work, I’ve been leading and supporting internal AI enablement initiatives focused on helping colleagues integrate AI into real operational work in practical and sustainable ways.

I’m most energized, and often most valuable, when the challenge goes beyond training into workflow, adoption, and behavior change, especially where organizations are still figuring out how people and AI should work together.
