I’m a Learning Strategist with nearly a decade of experience and a career built on asking the uncomfortable question first: is learning actually the right solution here?

I’ve been at Goldfin Consulting since January 2025, designing learning programs on complex technical topics including energy management, ISO 50001, utility data analysis, and organizational AI adoption. My work starts with the business problem and works backward to the design.

I bring a background in marketing, instructional design, and adult learning theory. I’m most useful when the problem is ambiguous, the audience is technical, and the stakes for behavior change are real.
